How to add customer to a group?

Problem: How to Add a Customer to a Group in Erply
 

Solution:
 

  1. Open Erply Back Office:
    • Log in to your Erply account and access the back office.
       
  2. Navigate to the Customer Menu:
    • Click on the "Customers" menu from the main navigation.
    • Use the search bar to find the customer you want to add to a group.
       
  3. Edit Customer Details:
    • Once you've located the customer, click on their name to open the customer details page.
       
  4. Assign a Group:
    • Find the "Group" field on the customer details page.
    • Select the group you want to assign the customer to from the dropdown list.
    • If the group doesn't exist yet, click "Add New" to create a new group and then assign the customer to it.
       
  5. Save Changes:
    • After selecting the group, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
