Adyen payment integration Setup for Adyen Android terminals

Contact Erply Support to upload the Erply POS app on your Adyen Android terminal. Once it is installed the “ERPLY POS” app will be located in main screen of the payment terminal.

Supported Adyen Android payment terminals:

  • S1F2L
  • S1F2
  • AMS1

Add API key in Wizard

ERPLY team should provide you an API key for the Adyen payment integration. If you still did not receive it please contact Erply Support team. 

Once API key is received please navigate to the Wizard - posow.erply.com
Login with your Erply account.
Click Hardware -> Integrations.
Select the Warehouse tab and select the correct location from dropdown.
Click Payment terminal.
Press Continue. 
From “add new integration” select “Adyen”.
Enter “API key” and press Save.

Setup Payment Integration 

Open the application on the Adyen Android terminal and login to your Erply account with your valid credentials.
Click on the “Settings” (cog icon) → Payment Configuration.
Go to “Setup Payment Gateways”.
Select the “Native Wrapper (iOS/Android)" from the dropdown list.
Click on the yellow “settings” button in the POS wrapper settings section. 
Popup window is displayed with:

  • General Settings
  • Payment Settings

Select “Payment Settings”.
Click “Get API KEY” and when API key is found it is added.
Click “Continue” button - “Terminal ID” field appears. 
Enter terminal ID if it is not entered automatically.
Click “Create”.

Note:“Create” button - lets user to enter credentials from scratch, “get configurations” button - gets prefilled credentials if the terminal has been used before. While the terminal is not used in the account before no Adyen configurations are found.

Option 1. Click on the “Create” button which opens detailed credentials fields. Enter all the fields to configure the terminal correctly.
Option 2. Click on the “Get Configurations” button to open prefilled fields.
 

Fill other fields:

  • Key identifier (shoud be provided by Erply or Adyen)
  • Key passphrase (shoud be provided by Erply or Adyen)
  • Key version 0
  • IP terminal (only for Local connection; if you use Cloud, put “123”)
  • Request timeout (can be any)
  • Connection type (in Erply we put Cloud;  if you would like to use Local, please enter the proper terminal IP or contact Erply support to ask for a help)
  • Region (select the correct one)
  • Bar code switch - you can enable it if your payment terminal has a built-in scanner.

Once configuration is set, click on the “save” button, then press “test connection”. There will be a green message “Terminal is connected”.

Set up Printing integration

How to setup POS receipt printing on S1F2L terminal?

  1. Click on the “Settings” (cog icon) → Printing Configuration.
  2. Select “try printing by wrapper”
  3. Click Save.

Configure bulit-in scanner

In the POS application on S1F2L device go to the Settings -> Payment Configuration -> Setup Payment Gateways
Select the “Native Wrapper (iOS/Android)" from the dropdown list.
Click on the yellow “settings” button in the POS wrapper settings section.
Select “Payment Settings”.
Togle the “Bar Code Switch".
Click “Save” and close the payment settings.

How to check additional information on the adyen terminal?

For S1F2, S1F2L, AMS1:

  • To see the terminal’s information with the IP address, go to the Settings -> Device info.
  • To see Payment menu, go to the Transactions.
  • To access the terminal’s Administrative menu, go to the Settings -> Configuration. Enter PIN code and press OK to continue [code->OK].
  • To access network, go to the Settings -> Network. Select Network and enter PIN code.

Note: PIN codes to access transactions and configuration views can be found in Adyen portal -> In-person payments -> Terminals -> select terminal -> Passcodes.
