Shopping Cart Notes
Shopping cart notes are additional comments or instructions added to a transaction at the POS. These notes can provide details such as special requests, order modifications, or customer-specific instructions. They help store staff, cashiers, or fulfillment teams ensure accuracy and meet customer needs.
There are two types of Shopping Cart Notes: Receipt Note and Internal Note. The Receipt Note is printed on the receipt, while the Internal Note is saved internally and can be accessed when viewing the invoice in the Back Office.
Steps:
- After adding the customer name and products to the cart, click the paper and pen icon on the right side of the POS to add a shopping cart note.
- A prompt will appear for both Internal and Receipt Notes—enter the desired note in the appropriate field.
- Once done, click the Done button to save the note.
