Improvements
1. API call getProductStock always outputs products if the flag "getSuggestedPurchasePrice" is set.
2. The flag "excludeDiscountedFromPercentageOffEntirePurchase" is now supported by "Buy a bundle of various products and quantities and get a discount on these items" promotions.
