Restarting the EPSI program
If your POS (point-of-sale) has issues with printing, card payments or any other integrated device, you might need to restart your program. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Close any windows with the Point of Sale open
- Click on the arrow next to your system tray and find the Erply POS icon.
- Right click on the icon and once a small context menu appears, press “Exit” on the menu.
- Once the popup asking you “Are you sure you want to close External Device Integrations?” appears, press YES.
- Find the “Erply POS for Windows” Icon on your desktop and activate the program again.
What is EPSI:
EPSI (Erply Point of Sale Integrator) is a standalone program that manages printing, integrated card payments, client display and other accessories to the POS system.
