Fixes

Fixed: API call calculateShoppingCart will no longer return a "manual discount statistics record" for returns (rows with negative quantities), because in that case, the row's reason code refers to return reason, not discount reason.
The fields not returned for rows with a negative quantity are:
- promotionRule#priceListID#
- promotionRule#amount#
- promotionRule#priceListDiscountType#
- promotionRule#priceListDiscountPercentage#
