Benefits of company information

Keep consistent records across all departments
If a store’s address, phone number, or main point of contact changes, you can quickly input that information through your POS or back office account.

View and edit company information at the POS

Click on the store name at the top-left of the POS screen to open the company information page.
Alternatively, you can click on the Settings button (cog icon) in the menu bar.

Click Company & Location to open the company information page.
The POS screen will now display basic company information for the store you’re logged into. 

Company information can be edited by a user with proper user rights. Changes made at the POS will automatically sync to the back office and vice versa.
Note: You can manage user rights in the back office Settings -> User Groups page.

View and edit company information in the back office

In the back office, navigate to the Settings module and click My company information.
 Erply will display a screen with all company information, including the company name, the primary email address, it’s locations, and more.

Company information can be edited by a user with proper user rights.
