Configurable Customer Creation Form

Configurable customer form allows you to specify which fields should be visible on the customer creation form and which of them should be required. You can also customize their names to be more descriptive and prompting to you.

To enable Configurable Customer Form in the POS go Settings -> Customers
Note: Enabling Configurable Customer Form would break all Customer Creation plugins. Either use the legacy Customer Creation Form with plugins or the new Configurable Customer Form. For more information, please, contact our support team.

Settings

POS user should be able to create” can be used to configure which type of clients the user can create.
Customer creation field settings are customer type-specific and must be configured for each type separately.
To rename a field, click on the pencil icon after the field name in the Rename column.
If any of the fields have been renamed, there is a delete icon in the Reset column that resets it to the default name.
The enabled column can configure if the field should be hidden or not.
The required column can configure if the field is required to fill out and highlights it.
