Adyen Pay by link integration for Erply documents

  1. Login to the Erply account with your Erply credentials (client code, username, password).
  2. Navigate to the Apps -> App store.
  3. Install the “Adyen integration” from Erply App store
  4. On the app view click “Open” to open the installed application. 
  5. Navigate to the “Configuration” section from the left side menu.
  6. Enter the following credentials:
    1. API key (ask from ERPLY support)
    2. Prefix (ask from ERPLY support)
    3. Adyen merchant account name (check in Adyen portal or ask from ERPLY support)
    4. Notification url (ask from ERPLY support)
  7. Save configuration.
  8. Navigate to the “Guides” section from the left side menu.
  9. In step 2. click “create a webhook”.
  10. Then a bit below click “show webhooks” - there you should see the # column and number under it.
  11. Enter this number into the Step 3. and press “generate HMAC”.
  12. In Step 4. enter the webhook number and press “test your webhook”.
  13. After that navigate to the “Payment link generation” from left side menu and start generating payment links for unpaid invoices
