How to change password?
Employee has to have an email address filled or the user name needs to be an email address.
If the Employee does not have an email address field filled or user does not have the email as username, then this box will appear. In that case the user needs to turn to the management who can change the password
Password can be changed when going to login.erply.com and selecting “forgot password”, or using this direct link: https://login.erply.com/reset-password
When the information is filled and confirmation is selected. Do not close the window because the key that is sent to your email needs to be entered there.
