Enables staff to quickly access customer details, including name, contact information, reward points, and more. It simplifies associating sales with the right customer, ensuring accurate records for loyalty programs, promotions, and future follow-ups.
Steps to Look Up a Customer:
- Click the Customer button located at the top left of the page.
- Search using the Loyalty Card Code, Name, Phone Number, Zip Code, National ID, Email, or Mobile.
- Once the customer's name appears, click Add Customer and then click Confirm.
- To view the selected customer's information, click the ID button next to the customer's name, and their basic details will be displayed.
