RACS Setup

These instructions Include how to set up JUUL Products in ERPLY Back Office so that RACS is configured properly for Brazil POS.

ERPLY / JUUL RACS Certification

Compliant ERPLY POS Version:
Brazil POS V 4.43.0 or later

Hardware Requirements:
2D Barcode Scanner for Drivers License Scan

Current JUUL RACS Limitations are as follows: (For up to date JUUL Limitations, please visit JUUL/RACS Website. 

• Age Limit is 21 (for JUUL Products)
• PODS are all in POD Group (limit is 4)
• Devices are in Device Group (limit is 1)
• Accessories are in Accessories Group (unlimited)

Set up of RACS on Brazil POS

• Select Gear Icon
• Select Plugin
• Start typing in” USD …” so you can get to the USDL Age Verification section
• Click Configure Plugin

In ERPLY Back Office, Create Product Groups for JUUL 

• Create a Product Group for JUUL Pods, and move all JUUL Pods in said Product Group 
• Create a Product Group for JUUL Devices, and move all Juul Devices in Said Product Group
• Accessories do not have a limitation, however, you can also  Create a Product Group Called JUUL Accessories and move accessories there.

Sales process:

1. Select any JUUL Item to sell
2. Request for DL Scan - shows age and can APPROVE
3. Allows sale of JUUL product as depicted by above JUUL Limitations.
4. Any attempt to purchase more than 4 PODS or more than 1 Device displays  message "Purchase Limit Exceeded"
5. ERPLY Prevents changing the Line QTY inside the ERPLY Sales Cart, defaults back to "1"
