Capture Signature on POS Device Plugin

Overview

Signature will be captured in the POS application in the end of transaction and saved in Back Office in the card payment signature in the payment information.

Create custom payment type in Back Office

Create a custom payment type named “SIGNATURE”.
Instructions on how to create custom payment types are HERE.

Configure in Brazil POS

1. In the Brazil POS, navigate to POS Settings -> Plugins -> Search for “Capture signature on POS device” plugin.
2. Tick the checkbox on the left side. 

Testing

Open POS, select a product and click the PAY button.
Payment dialog opens.
Add payment (cash or card) and click the green checkmark button.

POS will display a POS receipt and ask for a signature:

Put the signature into the dedicated place.
Click “Done”.

Check the document in the Back Office -> Sales -> Invoices -> select the document and validate the “card payment signature” section.
