New features

1. The blue top menu has been given a visual update, with a more compact layout and dark mode support. For more information, please see https://wiki.erply.com/article/1076-new-menu.
   1. There are no changes on accounts that do not use the "blue" top menu yet.
2. In the top menu, items are now right-clickable.
3. Filter "Gift cards" has been added to Reports > "Cost of Goods Sold", to make the report easier to compare to a sales report (where the same filter already exists).

Improvements

1. The page Sales > "Import payments" now explains how to create an import file manually.
2. An optimization in sales reports.

Fixes

1. Links to release notes in upgrade notifications have been fixed.
2. Report generator will no longer give an error when reporting on recurring billings.
3. Back office will no longer create CAFA records with an invalid level ("USER").
