Supported facing display devices

Please find all supported facing displays in ERPLY here.

Integration with ERPLY

1.Check the Installer App is running

Go to Erply Wizard and log into your Erply account.

Under Hardware -> Installer App -> Installation, make sure that the Installer App is installed and running:

If not, please install it using this article.

2.Set up microservice

Under Hardware -> Installer App -> Micro-service Manager 

Click “Continue” below.

Click “Install latest

3.Set up client screen device

Navigate to the Hardware -> Integrations.

Click on the POS tab and select the POS (register) to set up with the scale.

Click on the “Customer Display” button then “Continue".

Under “Add New integration” select “Microservice of external devices” in the dropdown:

Click on “Add

Select the needed facing display device from the list under the “device type”. 

Note: ‘Port Name’ should be checked directly on the local computer.

How to check the COM port for devices on your Windows computer?

On your computer navigate to the Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Ports

Once checked enter the COM(number) into the ‘Port Name’ field.

Fill ‘top line’ and ‘bottom line’ if needed. 

Once done press “Save”.

In order to test the facing display please refresh the POS page if it has already been opened in a separate browser window.
