Click the 'Notes' button. A pop-up modal will appear with two textboxes for entering different types of notes:
Receipt Notes: This is additional text that will be printed on the invoice (visible to the customer).Type the text you want to be printed on the receipt.
Internal Notes: This is for internal use and will be visible in the Back Office Sales Document. Enter any internal comments or details relevant to the sale.
Click the 'Done' button to apply the notes. The receipt notes will be printed on the receipt, and internal notes will be saved in the Sales Document.
Adding Internal Notes to Sales Documents
The internal notes added via the 'Notes' function in the POS will be visible in the Back Office Sales Document.
Go to the Back Office (BO) and open the Sales Document to view the internal notes.
