How to check device COM port?
Make sure your customer display is connected to the computer via one of the USB ports. It is important to know which port the display is connected to.
To see what port number is used for your client screen on your Windows computer go to Device Manager and check Ports (COM & LTP ). From there you will be able to see which COM port number is assigned to the client screen. The COP port is written in the brackets (ex. COM5).
Once checked go back to the Wizard device configuration and enter the COM port into the “Port name” field.
“Top line” and “Bottom line” - enter any message you would like to display during the inactivity period.
Click ‘Save’(green button).
Note: if the POS page was opened during the client screen setup, please refresh the POS page!
