Display Product’s Stock Is Close to Minimum Confirmation
If you want the store members to get notifications about products that are below the minimum quantity set in back office, apply the following configuration.
Note: The feature is meant for staff who would like to specifically notify mangers for getting replenishment on strategic goods running low.
To enable this, go to POS Settings -> Configurations -> Display product's stock is close to minimum confirmation.
This is the pop-up notification that a product is running low in the back office. It will activate when said product is added to cart.
Display Product Out of Stock Warning
In Brazil POS it is possible to enable a warning popup if the product added to the cart is out of stock.
There are 4 options available for selection:
| NO - while adding an out of stock product there will be no warning at all and the product will be added to the cart straightaway | - |
| Give warning - the POS will give warning on the top of the screen. Despite on this the out of stock product will be added to the shopping cart. |  |
| Confirmation before adding to receipt - after clicking on the out of stock the “Product is out of stock” popup appears. In this case the product is not added to cart until the customer makes his/her choice to cancel the adding process or proceed despite on that the product is out of stock |  |
| Block entirely - the POS gives a warning and does not add the product to the cart. In this case the user is not able to sell the out of stock product. |  |
