Priority Groups

Priority Groups are an extra categorizing feature that do not need to be used.
It is a secondary categorizing feature.

This, alongside the Product Categories, Product Families, and Product Extra Fields, are all features that do not need to be used, but can be used, if you require extra categorizing.
There is no functionality in Erply that depends on these features, they are simply meant for specific categorizing.

Priority Groups

Priority groups can be created, edited, deleted, and reordered in PIM -> Manage Product Catalog -> Priority Groups. 

To create a priority group, simply press the Add a priority group button. 
To edit a priority group, click on the Edit button on the priority group row.
To delete a priority group, click on the Delete button on the priority group row.
And to reorder priority groups, hold and drag them by the six-dot icon on the left end of the priority group row.

ABC Analysis

Priority groups were originally created for ABC analysis purposes, to help create purchase orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can priority groups be imported?
Yes, they can be imported. However, subgroups will have to be arranged directly in the module.
