- When receiving purchase orders, an error message "You have already confirmed the document scan after the current scan session started. New document was not created" is displayed and the user is exited from the scan session, if
- the document’s scan session was last confirmed after the current scan session was started AND
- the user who confirmed the scan session is the same as the current user AND
- a follow-up document was made after the current scan session was started
- Duplicate follow-up documents are no longer created if multiple users confirm the same scan session at the same time
