What is the Alert Client Notes plugin?

Erply Alert Client Notes plugin is used for displaying relevant information when creating a sales document in the back office. 

The purpose of the plugin is to notify the user when the selected customer has internal notes on the customer card.

Preventing the possible mistakes in the sales process will grow your customers’ trust and customers are more likely to visit your store in the future.

How to use the plugin?

The plugin has to be activated through Erply Plugins Manager. Please contact our customer support in order to get it installed on your Erply account.

 

If the plugin is installed, open your customer’s card in the Erply back office and type in the notes. Make sure you save the changes once finished.

 

*You can also create a new customer in the back office and fill in the notes field.



After saving the notes, you will be notified when creating a sales document in the back office. 
 

For instance, when creating a sales invoice, the following notification will be shown:



 

The plugin will alert the client notes when creating sales invoices, orders and quotes

 

The client notes will be also displayed when turning an order into an invoice. This is when you open an existing sales order and press “To invoice" button.
