1. Logouts from the login app will now also log out from back office.

3. Inventory transfers module:
   1. list of undelivered items is also shown in orders list.
   2. a link to create orders from the udelivered list is added.

Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where orders sometimes were changed from "confirmed" to "completed" state.
2. Inventory write-offs without a reason code are now displayed in the Inventory Write-Offs report.
