Fixes:

• Prices, sent to the customer display, respect the "Show prices per row instead of per unit" setting.
• [Partial] Added temporaryUUID to the saveSalesDocument offline request to prevent duplicate sales documents.
• Promotion of type "Buy X, get 1 free" is now correctly reapplied when picking up a pending sale.
• Fixed error that caused the POS to crash when picking up orders while using Customer Display plugin.
• Card payment's type is saved correctly to the API when using Wrapper payment integration.
