Improvements
As in version 5.45 and before, invoice form will now remember the selected location (and offer it next time by default) only if register has been selected, too.
Version 5.46 simplified the behavior and made the invoice form always remember the last used location (there is no reason why it should depend on register), but users have asked it to be configurable.
More detailed configuration options will be introduced in the future. This change restores the pre-5.46 behavior as-is.
