Fixes:

• Starting a Pending Sale, Deleting it and then Completing the Sale would no longer create a Sale without a receipt number
• Return screen now finds all documents with the given number, regardless if they were created in POS or in BO
• Original payments no longer generates payments in Payment  Screen when the balance is fully covered
• Fixed Cayan partial refund with original payment amount mismatch issue
• Fix for Cayan refund handling with tip
• Fixed an issue where selecting original payments created payments with incorrect amount.
• Fix for Configurable Customer Form saving customer with missing required fields
• Fix for birthday field showing up on customer card if customer type is company
• Documents saved in offline mode now send the same shopping cart parameters as those saved online.
• Fixes manually set prices not saving correctly in offline
