Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Enter Product Details
- Searching Products by Product Code
- On the POS screen, locate the Product Search Box.
- Manually enter the product code (if known) or UPC into the search box.
- The system will automatically display the product details based on the code you entered.
- Select the product, and it will be added to the shopping cart.
- Searching Products by Product Name:
- In the Product Search Box, type the name of the product you are looking for.
- The system will show a list of products matching the name you entered.
- Choose the correct product from the search results, and it will be added to the shopping cart.
2. Use Additional Search Filters
- Groups: View products categorized under specific groups.
- Categories: Search products within a defined category (e.g., clothing, electronics).
- Subgroups: Drill down further into subcategories for more refined results.
- Brands: Search products by specific brands (e.g., Nike, Samsung).
3. Search for In-Stock Products
- If you want to search only for products currently in stock, tick the "In Stock Products" checkbox.
- Leave the checkbox unticked to search for all products, regardless of stock availability.
