The following page might appear when logging in to back office:

The error message means that the dashboard app is either not fully installed, or that the account's dashboard page is misconfigured.
Here are the steps to fix the issue:
1 - Reinstall the dashboard app and its components
The page address looks like this:
https://xyz.erply.com/123456/en/start-pageEdit the last part of the address ("start-page" or something similar) and change it to “store”
Erply app store opens.
Search for an app named “Start page” and click “Open”:

On the next page, click “Re-install”:

Click the “Back” button to return to the store. This time, apply the filter “Type: Asset” from left sidebar. Search for the following assets and similarly open and reinstall each one:
- Compact main menu
- Menu Style update version 2
- UI Library
Now return to the initial page that you started from. Instead of the “Not found” error message, the page will now load and the account dashboard will appear.
Alternatively, if the currently installed version of the “Start page” app (or the versions of the assets) are old, then update them to the latest available version, instead of reinstalling the old one.
2 - Change the dashboard address
It might also be that the app is installed correctly, but the account is configured to navigate to a nonexistent page after login.
Identify which page you would like to use as the dashboard. In the store, the available options are shown under the “Open” dropdown; click on these to evaluate which one works best:

Navigate to the following page:
https://conf-admin-ui.erply.com/?clientCode=123456
(replace “123456” with your six-digit Erply account number).
Find an application named “GOERP” in the list. Under that app, locate a setting named “goerp-redirect-landing-url”:

Open this configuration entry for editing and past in the URL you want to use instead.
