At the top-right of the POS menu bar, you’ll be able to see who is currently logged into the POS:
To switch users, press the yellow Switch User button on the lower left of the POS grid:
Erply will prompt you to enter a unique employee PIN to log in:
You can click on the hamburger menu at the top-right to open the username and password login if needed:
Press Sign in after you’ve entered the correct credentials:
The newly signed in employee will now be the main POS user.
