Instant receipt copies
Save time at the register by printing copies of the last receipt with the click of a button.
The ability to quickly reprint the last receipt is useful if:
Physical record of a sale is required for your business
There is a printer error
The customer requests an additional receipt
How to use last receipt
Clicking on the light blue Last receipt button will automatically generate a copy of the last receipt for the last sale made at that POS station.
If the POS window closes, the last receipt button will not be able to pull any data until a new sale is created.
After a sale was made instead of a ‘Pay’ button there is ‘reprint’ button which can be used to reprint the last receipt:
Alternative to the last receipt button: Recent sales
If the POS window closed before you were able to reprint the last receipt, or if you need to find another recent receipt, press the blue Recent sales button.
Erply will pull a list of the last 100 sales made at that POS station. Click the printer icon next to a recent sale to quickly re-print its receipt:

No, the last receipt button will only print a receipt from the last sale made at that POS station.
