Before 1.93, API call saveSalesDocument returned the "invoiceID" field as a string when updating a document. Restore this behavior for compatibility.
Fixed: API call calculateRewardPoints failed to authenticate to https://p2-plugin12p.erply.com/ when called in a bulk request.
