New features

1. New column "Issued automatically" has been added to the "Coupons" table.

Improvements

1. When a customer adds store credit and they have unpaid invoices, only the new payment will now be associated with these unpaid invoices. Formerly, Erply repeated the same procedure for customer’s every other unassociated payment as well; now, older payments will not be affected.
2. The field Settings > Configuration > Store Credit > "Erply will use store credit to automatically pay off" now offers "Unpaid invoices" as an option.
3. A customer with check box "Do not calculate customer balance" can now earn and spend reward points.
4. The "E-mail log" on invoice form has been improved.
