1. New field "code" has been added to API calls getCampaigns and saveCampaign.
Improvements
1. Speed optimization in the API call getSalesDocuments. The call will now skip the price list lookup when the original product price is not zero.
2. If a sales document is identified as a duplicate and a bulk request contains savePayment calls, and the sales document has no payments, the payments will now be saved.
