One-click sales history for faster customer service
Need to quickly reprint a receipt or help a customer find an order that they recently purchased? Erply lets you view the last recent sale at each register with the click of a button.
Smarter sales data
Because sales are saved locally by each POS station, you can pull reports in the back office to quickly gauge the sales performance of each register.
Viewing recent sales at the POS
At the point of sale, click the blue Recent sales function button.
Erply will populate the last 100 sales and print recent transactions that have been processed at the POS.
From here you can reprint any receipt or search for recent sales.
Viewing recent sales in the back office
In the back office, navigate to the Sales module and select Invoices.
Erply will populate all invoices on your account. Invoices can be searched and filtered by date, customer, and more.
Note that receipts are sales documents that were sold at a POS station.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit to how many transactions populate?
Yes, each POS station will only show the most recent 100 sales.
The back office will display the last 200 sales.
