Actual Reports document editor allows you to export templates, then import them back into the system. Please note that only previously exported templates can be imported back into Actual Reports.
To open Actual Reports document editor, navigate to the Reports module in the back office and press Actual Reports.
How to export a template from Actual Reports
Inside of Actual Reports, press File and click on Export.
Actual Reports templates are saved as .json files.
Actual Reports will let you know it’s exporting the template before saving it to your computer (most likely in the Downloads folder).
How to import a template into Actual Reports
Inside of Actual Reports, press File and click on Import.
Press Select a template to import.
A window will pop up which allow you to select your .json file from your computer's files.
Actual Reports will let you know when your file is successfully imported.
