Printers

  1. For Windows/Linux, plug in power cable. 
  2. Plug in USB to PC. 
  3. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers. 
  4. Go to the Wizard -> Integrations -> POS -> Printer
  5. Choose printer from the list ("Get full printer list" should be checked). 
  6. In the POS -> Printing configuration, check the "Try printing using the go microservice".

TSP100III (TSP143III-LAN)
  1. For Windows/Linux, plug in power cable.
  2. Plug in USB to PC.
  3. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers.
  4. Go to the Wizard -> Integrations -> POS -> Printer
  5. Choose printer from the list ("Get full printer list" should be checked).
  6. In the POS -> Printing configuration, check the "Try printing using the go microservice".
Works for iOS and Android. For Bluetooth connection use Erply Wiki guide (use LAN connection, printer name: TSP143III-LAN)
TSP650 (TSP654--STR_T-001-)
  1. For Windows/Linux, plug in power cable.
  2. Plug in USB to PC.
  3. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers.
  4. Go to the Wizard -> Integrations -> POS -> Printer
  5. Choose printer from the list ("Get full printer list" should be checked).
  6. In the POS -> Printing configuration, check the "Try printing using the go microservice".
Works only on Windows and Linux.
SM-L300

Works via Bluetooth, no need to connect in the tablet settings. 

  1. Go to POS -> Settings -> Printing configuration. 
  2. Check the "Try printing by wrapper".
  3. Open printing settings -> Check that printer connection is Bluetooth -> Search Printers. 
  4. Correct printer is Star-SM-L300.
  5. Close and save Printing settings.
Works on iOS. Use application called ERPLY - Point of Sale. Can be downloaded here.
EpsonTM-T20III
  1. For Windows/Linux, plug in power cable.
  2. Plug in USB to PC.
  3. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers.
  4. Go to the Wizard -> Integrations -> POS -> Printer
  5. Choose printer from the list ("Get full printer list" should be checked).
  6. In the POS -> Printing configuration, check the "Try printing using the go microservice".

  1. For Windows/Linux, plug in power cable. 
  2. Plug in USB to PC. 
  3. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers. 
  4. In the Wizard - make sure the printing microservice is installed.
  5. In the Wizard -> Hardware -> Integrations -> select POS -> Printer 
  6. Choose CT-S651 ("Get full printer list" should be checked). 
  7. In the POS -> Settings -> Printing configuration
  8. Check that "Try printing using the go microservice" is checked.
 
Diebold NixdorfTH250

Has a special USB power cable. Once plugged in configure through Wizard and POS.

  1. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers. 
  2. In the Wizard - make sure the printing microservice is installed.
  3. In the Wizard -> Hardware -> Integrations -> select POS -> Printer 
  4. Choose CT-S651 ("Get full printer list" should be checked). 
  5. In the POS -> Settings -> Printing configuration
  6. Check that "Try printing using the go microservice" is checked.
Works on Windows, requires a PC with special USB power port.
Partner TechRP-330

Works on Windows/Linux.

  1. Plug in power cable. 
  2. Plug in USB to PC. 
  3. Make sure the printer is displayed under PC's printers. 
  4. In the Wizard - make sure the printing microservice is installed.
  5. In the Wizard -> Hardware -> Integrations -> select POS -> Printer 
  6. Choose RP-330 ("Get full printer list" should be checked). 
  7. In the POS, under Printing configuration, check that "Try printing using the go microservice" is checked. 
  8. Characters per line 42. 
  9. Important: If the printer name is not RP-330, the printer needs to be renamed in the computer's device settings to have “RP-330”.
Works on Windows and Linux.

Has 2 USBs, both need to be plugged in. Install driver from link under required drivers. In the wizard check that the microservice is installed and running and check the device name. Make sure that all the credentials are correct.
Works on Windows after installing the driver. For the Linux, in order to find port name, enter ls -l /dev/tty* in the Linux terminal window. Example of what should be added under port name in Wizard looks like this: /dev/ttyUSB0. Make sure all the other credentials are correct. Baud rate: 9600.
8036 series
